Since moving from the beautiful country of Chile to the Great Smoky Mountains in 2008, Loreto “Lo” Weaver has spent much of her life breaking down barriers while giving back to her culture and her community in Western North Carolina. Lo is a bilingual, award winning realtor that holds herself to setting high standards and elevating those around her. Lo thrives in helping others start their new chapter, purchase their first home, investment property, or finding the perfect mountain retreat. Lo’s background in hospitality and physical fitness enables her to create an outstanding customer experience for her clients as well as give the best suggestions on scenic hikes in the area. When she’s not assisting clients in the field you can find Lo roller skating, coaching soccer, or visiting local Great Smoky Mountain hot spots with her two children.
